Video case studies

Get an insight into how ICT and multimedia are making a real difference in real classrooms with these fascinating video case studies.

Each video case study is a stand-alone, real-life example of ICT in action, designed to help you reflect on your own experience and enrich your own practice.

In these inspiring and thought-provoking multimedia presentations, teachers share their experiences of using ICT at KS3 and at KS1 (for literacy and numeracy)

With each video case, you can

  • Watch footage of the lesson, showing the multimedia resource in action.
  • Study the objectives of the lesson.
  • Hear simultaneous commentary from the teachers, as they reflect on the impact of ICT in helping to achieve the lesson objectives, and address practical and educational issues.

Each video case study is a stand-alone, real-life example of ICT in action, designed to help you reflect on your own experience and enrich your own practice.

Copies of these video case studies can be obtained from the Department for Education and Skills:
