You do not have to give us any personal information to use most of this web site.  Except as set out in the following paragraph, we only collect your personal data where you ask us to provide you with information about us, the Curriculum Online service or our web site.  Where you provide data in these circumstances, we only use it for this purpose. We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site and we do not share, sell or transfer your information to anyone else. We may employ the services of a third party to help us in certain areas, such as website hosting. In some cases that third party may receive your information. However, at all times, we will control and be responsible for the use of your information. We will only hold your data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it is provided.
 
If you wish to be able to post reviews to the web site, save your search preferences or your wish list or receive information about the Curriculum Online service, you will need to register on the web site.  The registration information we collect includes your name, job title, name of school and email address. We gather this information to allow us to process your registration and to send you information about the Curriculum Online service and our website.
 
Where you have agreed on the registration form, we will send you information about other products or services which we think may be of interest.
 
As a registered user, where you have given us your express permission, we will make your email address available to other users who may wish to contact you about a review you have posted on the website.
